1984 - The Beginning
I was born in Košice, Slovakia, during a time when communism still left its heavy imprint. Life felt small, limited, and confined. But inside, I was endlessly curious and always dreamed of more — of seeing the world, exploring, and discovering who I could become.
A CAREER THAT OPENED DOORS
Becoming a hairdresser gave me exactly that. My scissors became my passport, taking me from Dublin to London to New York City. My work allowed me to travel, to connect with amazing people, and to listen to their stories. I realized quickly that behind the chair, I was more than a stylist — I was holding space, witnessing lives, and guiding in ways I didn’t yet have words for.
The dark knight of
The soul
Then came my deepest initiation — a painful divorce. It cracked me open and pulled me into my own dark night of the soul. For the first time, I had no choice but to go inward. Through yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice, I began to rebuild myself piece by piece. That choice changed my life forever, and I never looked back.
Answering My Soul’s Call
After years of healing, I knew it wasn’t enough to keep this work for myself. I trained as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach and continued to study astrology, spirituality, and holistic healing. For me, coaching wasn’t a career change — it was a calling. A way to serve others through the same transformation that saved me.
LIVING MY PURPOSE
Today, I call myself a Holistic Life & Beauty Coach, because I bring all of me into the work — my 25 years of working intimately with people, my own healing journey, and the spiritual tools that brought me home to myself. My mission is simple but powerful: to help women remember who they are, reclaim their beauty and strength, and live in alignment with their true purpose.
I believe when one woman heals, she heals generations — and together we can create a world where we all feel at home in ourselves, and with each other.
