Hi, I’m Sandra — a Slovakian-born hairdresser turned holistic life and beauty coach. My path began in the salons of Slovakia, weaving its way through Dublin and London before leading me to the vibrant energy of New York City, where I spent over 25 years helping people feel beautiful, confident, and seen. Along the way, I discovered that lasting transformation begins within.
Today, as a certified yoga teacher and psychosynthesis spiritual coach, I guide women to reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world, and create lives aligned with their truth and purpose.
